whitney anderson JL Dixon Stables is proud to add Whitney Anderson to our staff as a riding instructor and assistant trainer. Whitney rides and shows Saddlebred Horses and Hackney Ponies and has been doing so since she was 8 years old, thanks to her family's long history in the show horse world. She is an accomplished rider and driver, her show experience includes Top Ten in the 1998 Walk and Trot Saddle Seat Equitation Challenge Cup National Finals, and Top Ten in the 1999 11 and Under Saddle Seat Equitation Challenge Cup National Finals. She has also won the Junior Exhibitor Hackney Pony Pleasure Driving World Grand Championship with Super Spy and the ASHAF Youth Fine Harness World Grand Championship with CH Titleist Symbol in 2000. CH Titleist Symbol and Whitney also won the Reserve World Grand Championship show pleasure rider 13 and under in 2002. In 2004, they went on to win the ASHAF World Grand Championship Youth Pleasure Driving. Whitney is a member of: ASHA, USEF and UPHA Whitney's devotion to Saddlebreds and Hackney's helps her to develop instinctual, skillful, and passionate riders and drivers amongst her students. She loves to work with young horses and riders to cultivate a healthy dynamic that allows each to reach their full potential. Whitney offers private, semi-private and group lessons for riders of all levels.
